I needed an oil change on my 2022 GMC Sierra. I told Autumn, the service person writing the service ticket, I was currently staying with my wife who is in the stroke rehabilitation program at Wake Med, and needed to return to the hospital as soon as possible. Autumn came to the waiting area about 35-40 minutes later to tell me my truck was finished. I want to thank Autumn and all of the technicians who helped to service my vehicle so quickly. I appreciate their support and good work.

I bring my truck into Thompson to be serviced because of the exceptional all-around service. I know that the technicians servicing my vehicle are certified! Vehicles are expensive and having them maintained by the dealership provides peace of mind; at least to me. Autumn is always delightful and very easy to work with. Extremely pleasant and I always ask for her.

In no way is this a reflection of Kirstin's job. I had asked to have the body shop now THREE times fix the door seal that I paid for months ago. Never has been fixed, actually worse every time they "try". The front panel clip was not repaired either which I asked several times to have them do. I will not be bringing my truck back to this dealership. I had to even find my own part to repair the water pump (said it was on backorder but never tried calling another dealership). I made one call to another dealership that had three in stock and retrieved it myself and brought to you to fix. I understand that it was unknown when the backorder would be fulfilled but at least one phone call to find this part was all it took.

Our salesperson Glenn Crickmarr was terrific, the financial people especially Devyn was great to work with. Very easy purchase and even though I was there the entire day because I wanted to test drive multiple vehicles, I never felt rushed, pushed, or disrespected. There was a minor scratch in a fender reflector that was nearly impossible to see but I called it out and two days later I was contacted to let me know they had one and can replace the scratched one.
